Ben Arfa could leave Marseille for Spurs

Marseille president Jean-Claude Dassier admits Hatem Ben Arfa could leave the club in January.

The highly-rated 22-year-old has failed to live up to his promising reputation following his switch from Lyon to the Stade Velodrome last year.

Arfa has been linked with Tottenham and Portsmouth, also had a bust-up with Marseille coach Didier Deschamps and has been criticised for his lack of work-rate and bad attitude.

But more recently the winger has enjoyed some impressive performances for the Ligue 1 side since taking advantage of Mamadou Niang’s shoulder injury.

Scott Loach has refused to rule out a potential move to Spurs

Watford keeper Scott Loach has insisted that he is focusing on his career at Vicarage Road but he has also refused to rule out a potential move to Spurs.

It is believed that the England Under-21 international was watched by Tottenham on Monday.
Loach told the Watford Observer: “I am playing football week-in, week-out with great lads. I think my time will come eventually; I just have to keep playing.

Sandro Ive had no Medical for Spurs


Tottenham Hotspur target Sandro has claimed that he has not had a medical.

Press reports had suggested that the Brazilian midfielder had travelled to London, but Sandro is in no rush to leave Internacional.

“I am currently in a city a little bit smaller than London where Tottenham has their offices,” Sandro told the Brazilian media, with Spurs having announced a co-operation agreement with Internacional earlier this year.

WOLVES boss Mick McCarthy says Robbie Keane’s inability to nudge ahead of Peter Crouch and Jermain Defoe at Tottenham is hardly surprising.
